Description

HOW SANI COAT WORKS INFORMATION ON THE BIOCIDAL EFFICIENCIESSani Coat is photocatalytic function is not selective and “burns” all organic microorganisms. It doesn’t pose health risks or side effects like irritating smells and dangerous residues.
Sani Coat works by reacting with pollutants in the light. A nanoscale layer of Sani Coat is applied to the surface can eliminate carcinogens, viruses, bacteria, mites, smoke, smells, allergens and other pollutions. Microbes particles that get in contact with the photoactivated coated surface will be oxidized and produces molecules of H2O and CO2 leaving the room with clean air. All other organic-based pollutants are removed in the same way. This effect removes smells and prevents musty odours.

Anti-Bacterial Effect
Sani Coat kills and decomposes bacteria cells and it works even when the cells are covering the surface and while the bacteria are actively propagating. The end toxin produced at the death of the cell is also decomposed. Sani Coat does not deteriorate and it shows a long-term anti-bacterial effect. Disinfections by Sani Coat is 3X stronger than chlorine and 1.5X stronger than ozone.

Deodorizing Effect
Sani Coat accelerates the breakdown of any VOCs by destroying the molecular bonds. This combines the organic gases to form a single molecule that is safe for humans thus enhancing the air cleaning efficiency

Air Purifying Effect
Sani Coat purifies the air by reducing or eliminating polluted compounds in the air. Atmospheric constituents such as chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and CFC substitutes, greenhouse gases, and nitrogenous and sulfurous compounds undergo photochemical reactions either directly or indirectly in the presence of sunlight. In a polluted area, these pollutants can eventually be removed.

Self Cleaning
Sani Coat is self-cleaning. Most of the exterior walls of buildings become soiled from automotive exhaust fumes, which contain oily components. When the original building materials are coated, a protective film cleans the building by becoming antistatic, super oxidative, and hydrophilic. The hydrocarbon from the automotive exhaust is oxidized and the dirt on the walls washes away with rainfall, keeping the building exterior clean at all times.

USAGE CONSUMPTION

Recommended dosage during application :

For a full range of effectiveness and durability, 100 – 200 ml/m2 of undiluted Sani Coat per layer with 2 layers per application are necessary. This amount can vary depending on the application method. Always test on an inconspicuous area to

determine actual usage +consumption
